Feeling Constipated......Need to move some Qi?

Squash and Zucchini are especially helpful for digestive problems and constipation. The fiber in these vegetables are easy on IBS and other stomach issues. Squash family of vegetables are considered very warming foods which make them good to eat in the winter. They bring heat into the body and help with blood circulation. They should be eaten cooked.
