Learn to Quiet Your Mind

For most of us its very difficult to stop long enough and just be silent. I used to be the same way.  And some days it can still be tough. But I finally  learned how much I needed it and the results I was getting from  taking 10- 30 minutes to quiet my mind, I then started to crave it more. Meditation can be done in so many ways. Some of the traditional ways to meditate is listening to music, your breath, or just by repeating positive mantras (affirmations). Which I use them all but my favorite way is to meditate while I am doing Qi Gong. Qi Gong is movement, meditation, and breathing. It is so healing and the energy (Qi) you bring into your body is medicine. I learned Qi Gong  and became an instructor through Supreme Science Center . If you would be interested in taking a beginners class doing Qi Gong let me know. I am working on putting some classes together. Namaste!   For learning more about Qi Gong visit:  http://www.qirevolution.com/

A "BIG" Thank You!!

The Body, Mind, And Spirit Workshop held Sat. July 19th was a blessed success because of all the beautiful people that attended. I would like to send out heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you that sat in the audience all the way to the special women on the sidelines that helped make this day so very special. I could not have done it with out you! When we learn new  beneficial information we can do one or two things. We can go home and put it on a shelf like a book we have never read or we can take it and change our life. My prayer is that all of you take the information and become a better you. Make this life the best it can possibly be....IT IS YOUR CHOICE! I am here for support. Don't hesitate to contact me! Would love to see you all again. Blessings.....

Eating for Life!

A Healthy food lifestyle is the key to a super strong immune system. One of the things that really keeps me on track with my eating is the way I think about what I put in my mouth. Ask yourself, if you were the leader of an army that their purpose was to protect you and the life you live, how would you nourish them? Think of that army as your immune system which is full of soldiers that need great nourishment to be able to fight off all the bad toxins, bacteria, viruses, etc....what do you think would make those soldiers strong and fight really hard? Food that comes from the seed of life, mother earth and our great Spirit that has made our medicine grow on this beautiful planet or would something that  comes out of a box, manufactured from chemicals sound like it would make your army strong? Eat fresh and eat what God has made for us! Stay away from fast food, prepared boxed meals and GMO foods! Your army deserves better!
